New system of customer service

On the 8th of September SUE “Vodokanal of St. Petersburg” released a list of main defaulters - both industrial consumers and utility services suppliers. The list is placed on the Vodokanal’s website and will be regularly renewed. The section “How to become a customer" is also available now. It contains information how to receive technical conditions for connection to the engineering support.

SUE “Vodokanal of St. Petersburg” is building a new system of relationships with its consumers – from connecting potential customers to water pipelines to the system control for the timely receiving of payments for water supply and wastewater disposal services.

Till the 1st of December this year the service of receiving technical conditions through the Internet will be introduced At the same time the term of providing technical conditions will be reduced from present 14 to 5 working days.

Making the connection system maximum comfortable for the future customers, Vodokanal in parallel creates a new system of legal organizational form of customer service.

«One should not turn the customer service into a field of battle, - said Director General of SUE “Vodokanal of St. Petersburg” Felix Karmazinov. – Customer service should be individually oriented and it is necessary to find solutions and settle the situation amicably”. According to Felix Karmazinov, one should consider applying to the arbitrage as an extreme, when the other methods of work with a debtor are already exhausted.
